Reviews and Ratings
I recently spent a short break at Grand Hotel Capodimonte, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The views of Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples were absolutely amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I did face a minor issue with loud music from a wedding party on my last night, which could have been handled better by management. Fortunately, they were willing to offer a discount, so all ended well.
My stay at Grand Hotel Capodimonte was a mix of amazing views and disappointing service. The hotel's location offered stunning panoramas of the Bay of Naples, but my room was facing a cliff wall, which really dampened the experience. The dining options were decent, yet rather pricey, and the hotel staff, while mostly attentive, included a reservations manager whose attitude left much to be desired.
I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel Capodimonte in Sorrento. The amazing views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius truly added to my experience. While I appreciated the friendly and attentive service throughout my visit, I found the breakfast service could be improved, especially with drink orders. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning setting and quality amenities, despite minor areas for improvement. 🌅
My stay at Grand Hotel Capodimonte was overall filled with highlights, especially the amazing views and immaculate grounds. though I did encounter some issues with the dining options and service at times. The pool area was beautiful, yet I felt it could have benefited from extended hours. making it challenging to enjoy fully after day trips.
The amazing views from my room and the overall location of Grand Hotel Capodimonte were highlights of my stay. it's hard to beat that panorama of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. However, I was disappointed with the dining options, especially dinner; the food quality didn't match the hotel's price point. The pool area looks lovely, but the water was quite cold, which made it less inviting. Overall, there's so much potential here, and while I would return for the views, I'd skip the half-board dining.
